1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Watcher Robotics website and enrolling in any classes offered by Watcher Robotics ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services or enroll in our classes.

2. Class Enrollment

Enrollment in classes is completed through our website. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you meet any age or prerequisite requirements specified for your selected classes. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 14+ days before class start: Full refund.
• 7 to 13 days before class start: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before class start: No refund.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@watcherrobotics.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If Watcher Robotics cancels a class, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to follow all safety rules and instructor directions, particularly in shop and lab environments. Watcher Robotics reserves the right to remove any student who endangers themselves, other students, or equipment, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, and content provided by Watcher Robotics are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission. Projects you build during class are yours to keep.

6. Limitation of Liability

Watcher Robotics provides hands-on instruction involving tools, machinery, and equipment. While we maintain strict safety protocols and provide appropriate training and protective equipment, participation in classes involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watcher Robotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our classes.

7. Assumption of Risk

By enrolling in welding, manufacturing, robotics, or other hands-on classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with working with tools, machinery, chemicals, and electrical equipment. You agree to follow all posted safety rules and instructor guidance at all times.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Watcher Robotics operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
